I can’t begin to count the amount of time I spend scrolling through these websites or watching videos from experts in the field. Paired with my translation expertise, I use this passion to help my customers reach their dream clients.
Responsiveness – I reply to emails quickly, I’m here if you have questions and I see feedback from my clients as the best way to improve. If I have any questions or comments, I let you know early on in my process so I can deliver a final version within the deadline. I see working with my clients as a team effort.
Expertise – I’ve been a translator for 15 years, so I’ve translated and proofread millions of words from English and Dutch into French. Alongside this hands-on experience and my translation degree, I’ve also completed an SEO translation course so I can help my clients get more eyes on their content.
Accuracy – You can be confident that I’ll apply your glossary and feedback to all your content because you need consistent communication, whatever the platform, adapted to your target audience. I’ll also flag any potential errors or inconsistencies I spot in your messaging. I only translate into my native language, French.
Confidentiality – I will always keep the documents you give me confidential. I’m used to translating sensitive texts, so your content is in safe hands. I can also sign a confidentiality agreement so that you have peace of mind.
Human Touch – I never use machine translation to translate my clients’ content, even though this is a widely used practice today. Your texts will be translated by a real human who understands your reality, knows how to speak to your target audience and tailors the text to your needs.
Ambition – Outside of my work as a translator, I also co-created a project management tool (LSP.expert) which helps translators and translation agencies manage their daily workflow, create invoices and quotes, outsource tasks, track their expenses and create business reports. This experience gives me a front row seat to the reality businesses face and spurs me on to push my own professional boundaries.
