Hi, I’m Caroline Bries.

I’ve spent over 10 years as a translator and proofreader in a variety of translation agencies in Brussels. In 2016, I decided to spread my wings and set up my own business: Wordista was born! Since then, I’ve never looked back!

I’m committed to helping my clients with their messaging and projects so they can grow and reach their goals. I don’t view myself as just a sub-contractor but rather as a partner and part of the team. After all, if you grow, I grow.

The decision to specialise in cosmetics, fashion and lifestyle texts was an easy one as these are topics I live, sleep and breathe on a daily basis. The benefit for me? I’m never watching the clock at work. The benefit for you? Alongside my translation business, I’ve also created a project management tool for translators and translation agencies called LSP.expert. LSP.expert gives you the ability to create projects, invoices and quotes, outsource tasks and have a clear view of your business thanks to easy to read reports. This additional string to my bow has showed me the reality of running a business largely dependent on the internet and social media to grow. I have no doubt this experience has also helped me become a better translator.
